HOW TO MAKE SIX FIGURES IN 12 MONTHS ??

Make Six figures in 12 Months

Do you want to make over $100000 in 12 months and you don't have a degree from a top ranking collage or university??

Its simple follow these basic steps and you will have cash rolling in and have a revenue of at least $100000.

Step 1, Go and buy a decent pressure washer rig, You can get a great second hand one for around $5000 with very little use,

Step 2, Get a decent website built which you can get done for well under $1000

Step 3 Get 5000 door hangers made and 5000 business cards made up with all your new business details on them and spend every hour the suns up walking the neighborhoods door knocking and offering free quotes and handing out your flyers.

Step 4 When the sun is not up you are at home on Facebook posting ads on the free community pages around your area, as well as ads on free sites such as Craig list, trade me, gum-tree, and many many more, Also list your new business on every single business registry you can find in your country as well as open up a google places account and list your business.

Step 5, By now your been in business for 2 weeks, spend $6000. But your phone is now ring off the hook, You are booking 2 houses washes per day and charging $300 per house wash so now your making $600 per day, Now the hard work starts but ensuring you are doing such a good job for the clients that they refer you to there friends and family and they re book you for next year.

At this rate you will be making $150000 a year. You may ask why is everyone not doing this? The answer is simple. Not everyone wants to or will walk the streets for 12 hours every day offering free quotes and handing our business cards, not everyone can or will walk 10 miles a day offering free quotes in the wind, rain and or heat. The difference between the people that will do it and make great money and the people that wont is drive is the desire to get ahead in life. The only way to make it and to hustle hard to get every client you can and than hustle even harder to keep that client.

Even today where my business is doing almost 7 figure a year i still walk the streets one day a week offering free quotes, I still pay my sales reps to walk the streets and offer free quote and we will never stop doing this.

For all those hard working people out there that bust there butts for someone else, why not bust your butt for yourself, for your family for your kids?? But i do warn you the journey along the way is not great but the end result sure is.

Furthermore, power washing is one of the least expensive cleaning tools or large surfaces such as your home’s exterior.
  2. Washing Prevents Permanent Damage: Winter grime can cause serious damage and stains to your home and exterior surfaces if not properly taken care of and removed in the spring. Letting stain and grime sit on your home or office for very long periods can result in permanent damage.Washing can remove this grime quickly and easily with little impact on the environment, when compared with traditional cleaning solutions.
  3. Low Pressure Washing Saves Time: Compared to regular cleaning methods, using a low pressure washing service saves valuable time. No mixing cleaning solutions, no climbing ladders, no strenuous activity, no endless scrubbing. Hand washing does not have the same power, and it could take hours to get a fraction of the results. When you choose to wash, the filth and grime that has attached to your outdoor surfaces throughout the winter will be cleaned away with little effort.
  4. Washing Removes Allergens: With the arrival of spring in New Zealand, allergen levels begin to elevate. Homeowners can reduce the level of allergens in and around their home by washing the exterior of their home. This will help lower the allergen levels and can help you and your family live a bit more peacefully this spring without coughing, sneezing and watery eyes.
  5. Washing Prepares Surfaces: New Zealand winters can be long and cold, and many homeowners use spring-cleaning as the perfect time to tackle that do-it-yourself project that’s been put off throughout the winter. Low pressure washing is the perfect way to prepare surfaces for paint or refinishing. How to clean weatherboard siding on your house

Think your wood siding needs a fresh coat of paint? Maybe. Or it could be that your wood weatherboards simply needs a thorough cleaning. Homeowners have always prized wood for its unparalleled appearance, but like any siding material, it requires periodic maintenance. With wood in particular, the challenge is to avoid doing more harm than good. For instance, you might be tempted to clean weatherboards with a broom and scrubbing brush, thinking it would make quick work of things. Do so at your own risk. Using such a harsh abrasive tool can actually cause several types of damage, including stripped paint, gouged boards, and loosened caulk, besides, if you really want to give new life to your wood siding, it’s likely that water alone won’t do the trick—you’ll need a good soap to remove the dirt and kill the moss, mould and mildew on the weatherboards.

If you are not familiar with the use of soaps and chemicals i would recommend hiring a professional house washing contractor. "Mr Troy Hillard from Wash Rite in New Zealand said in most cases most houses can be washed for under $300 so its worth while talking to a local house washing contractor if your unsure what soaps to use".

STEP 1
MATERIALS AND TOOLS

- Low Pressure High Volume Pressure washer
- Garden Hose
- House wash soaps
- Ladder
Shut all the windows. As you go about your preparations, keep an eye out for mold. Dirt can be unsightly, but mold can be truly problematic. Left unchecked, it often causes wood rot, particularly in wet, humid climates. Note any location where you discover mold, so you return to and concentrate on those spots later in the cleaning process.
STEP 2
Apply the house wash soaps through the chemical injection value in your Low pressure high volume pressure washer, Apply the soap from the bottom of the house and work your way upwards, Mr Hillard from Wash Rite recommends washing small sections of the house at a time as you don't want the soap to dry on the house. Let the soap dwell for 10 minutes and keep on apply light layers of soap just so the soap does not dry on the house in that 10 minute period.
STEP 3
Rinse of the house starting at the highest point and working your way down to the ground level, This will ensure no soap is left on the house.
Take extra time to rinse of the windows to prevent soap drying on the windows and leveling residue marks on the glass.

STEP 4
Finish up by walking around the house and making sure all sections of the house are clean, If there are any stubborn bits you may have to go back and do step 2 and 3 again on that section.

Not every homeowner likes to clean up the clogged gutters themselves. Not to worry as there are companies like WASH RITE   that takes the responsibility from the shoulders of the homeowners. Wash Rite offers gutter through all its franchises around New Zealand. Though gutter cleaning might seem to be a troublesome job, it is not possible to overlook it. Thankfully, all that cleaning can be handed over to a professional company like Wash Rite  who handles it professionally.
Clogged gutters obstruct the free flow of water that is pushed back inside the roof, on the ceiling and often down the walls thus not only causing external damage to the property but also to the interiors. All this can be avoided with a timely gutter cleaning job. Experts at Wash Rite points out that unclogged gutters can be the reason of woe later for homeowners. Moreover, accumulated water can make the gutter attachments to tear away from the wood facia. The excess and overflowing water are responsible for causing damage to the wooden beams. Clean gutters are also responsible for channeling the water away from home, and if the gutters are not clean, then this can’t take place.
Cleaning the gutter is, therefore, a crucial task and Wash Rite  Cleaning can handle it very well. They can also be contacted for house washing, roof washing, window washing

Exterior home improvement ideas for any budget

A home’s curb appeal can make or break a possible sale, but not all landscape and outdoor projects are worth investing in. “Steer clear of renovation projects that appeal to a small number of buyers, as this could substantially lower the resale value of your home. For instance, an in-ground swimming pool might be an attractive feature for some, but many home buyers see it as a hassle, at best, or even a possible money-pit. Instead, focus on updating the exterior rather than adding expensive features.
The projects you choose can also vary dramatically when it comes to a return on your investment. For instance, adding a deck can provide a 75% return, while a patio offers only a 30% to 60% return.

Roof

The roof is arguably the most important component of your home. So spending $11,000 to re-roof a 200-square meter roof every two or three decades is acceptable. Which is why Kevin Barwin or Hamilton New Zealand was very unhappy when he had to replace his home’s roof after just 12 years. Barwin had initially paid to install organic asphalt roofing shingles manufactured by an New Zealand company Metalcraft that came with a 20-year warranty. But just over a decade after installation Barwin thought he was forced to replace his roof as it had discolored and had black streaks running down the roof. The shingles had begun to change color and it really started to effect the way his house looked from the street. To prevent further damage, Barwin was refereed by a friend to call Wash Rite to get a professional opinion on whether the roof can be cleaned and or restored or would have to be replaced with a new roof. Once Wash Rite inspected the roof Barwin was surprised that not only can Wash Rite clean the roof but they can get the roof to look like new again and at only 9% of the replacement cost. Barwin was even more impressed by the warranty that Wash Rite gave that the roof would stay clean for 2 years. To avoid Barwin’s experience,  Contact you local Wash Rite franchise and take them up on there offer of a free inspection to see if your roof can be protected by a Zero pressure roof wash. This process will remove all the corrosive algi , mould, lichen and will return your roof back to a like new state and will extend the life of your roof by years and at only a fraction of the replacement cost.
Pro tip: Want a cost-effective roof with a 50-year warranty? Go with metal. Metal does not absorb moister, it reflects the suns rays, It has a hard smooth surface so harder for moss, mould and lichen to get a grip on and start growing.

Siding

Siding can be a quick, cost-efficient and durable way to update your home’s curb appeal and, on average, offers a 77% return on your investment. If your sidding is just dirty you can get your house washed for under $300 in most cases by Wash Rite or if there is damage replacing a few boards will make the world of difference
Pro tip: Many fibre cement board manufacturers offer a pre-finished board, so painting is unnecessary. Plus these products come with a 20- or 25-year warranty and require little more than an annual washing for maintenance.

[ Splurge! ] Solar panels

Elon Musk’s Solar City just launched a tempered glass roofing shingle that doubles as a solar panel. These panels are stronger and more durable than clay or slate (or just about any other roofing material), but no solid pricing has been released for the solar panel roof tiles, as yet.

[ Splurge! ] Front door

Entry doors are the punch to your appeal. Fiber glass doors offer an 82% return on investment and are usually cheaper but more expensive to install. Expect to pay at least $1,000 for installation of a basic steel door and about $2,000 for a fiberglass or standard wood door. Prices on custom wood doors vary considerably, but expect to pay $5,000, installed.

House Wash Soap Mix

I see many people ask about what people in our industry use for there soap mix and it seems no one wants to tell how and what they use to make there soap mix. Well ill tell you how i make ours at Wash Rite.

Firstly you start with a 20lt / 5 gallon bucket or drum. I fill 30% with SH (sodium hypocloride ) and top up with water and than i ad about 200ml of surfactant to help the mix foam up and stick to the house.

Now this mix is not always set in stone as if its a really dirty house i mite put 35% or 40% SH so you can play with the percentage of SH you put in, Unless your experienced i would not put any more than 40% in, Best to wash the house twice than damage anything.

Below ill link a you tube video that you should watch as well.

Now this mix is what i use every day for your standard houses, If you have to clean oil or oil based mess that don't use SH use a mineral based de-greaser in the same ratio and that should do the job.

Also not guys the SH i use is 12.5% so its strong if you use cheap 10% or 8% you may want to up your percentage to 40% to get the same results.

Any questions just ask guys

Lead generation is the key

In my business Wash Rite which is an exterior cleaning company that mainly does house washing, moss and mould roof treatments and cleaning and commercial building cleaning, other than providing our services our main effort is put into lead generation, basically getting people to call us and request a quote.
We have a very good conversion rate once we have issued a quote so just getting the people to call is our main goal.

How do we do that ?? Well we have a few methods, some are old techniques and some are new. Firstly the old school ways still work but may not be as successful as once where but still do work. These include newspaper ads, yellow pages, flyers, than there are newer ways such as google adwords, websites, business directory's, proactive field sales reps, home shows, and networking groups.

Before you even start a house washing business you need to build your website, get it lodged to google 3 months before you start trading, this is key so from day 1 that page is working, may not be killing the competition but any website is better than no website. Ours is www.washrite.co.nz its basic but easy to move around and find the info you want and need and serves us very well.

The next thing i would do 1 week before starting is everyday all day walk the streets dropping flyers and DONT put them in the letter box, walk up to the door and slide them into the door jam, You hit rate is at least 10 time better than in the letter box. I do that 1 full day per week and it gets me about 10 leads to go and quote so it pays off.

Next thing is sign up your vehicle, its a huge moving billboard.

Next is join a business owner network group and start building relationships and get to know other business owners. We get 1 job a week through business owners we know through networking.

Once your done the basic and have your website start google ads, 90% of leads we get is through our website and google adwords so it works and pays off, and this would work for all business.

I hope these few points help at least one new guy into the industry as these helped me when i starts.
